Her home in Los Angeles was damaged by flames, which led to the untimely death of the beloved actress Dalyce Curry, who was recognized for her roles in The Blues Brothers and The 10 Commandments. Curry passed away at the age of 95. Her skeletal remains were discovered on January 12 at her residence in Altadena, following the filing of a missing person complaint.
Her granddaughter, Dalyce Kelley, broke the devastating news to her friends and family on Facebook, saying, “With a sad heart, I report that our hunt for Momma D has come to an end… She was a dazzling example of confidence, grace, and positivity, and she lived her life as a shining example of strength. Although she expressed sadness that she had not been able to spend more time with her, Kelley pledged to honor her memory.
Kelley released footage of the destruction, which included Dalyce’s scorched things as well as her Cadillac that had been involved in the fire. On January 7, she had her last encounter with her grandma, and she was unaware that the Eaton Fire would approach her house.
Dalyce’s home had been utterly obliterated by the time the following morning rolled around.
