Gwen Stefani Shares Heartwarming Family Gardening Day with Blake Shelton and Her Sons
Gwen Stefani is giving fans another glimpse of life beyond the spotlight — and it’s filled with family, laughter, and plenty of dirt-stained boots.
On Thursday, May 4, the pop superstar posted a sweet 28-second clip to social media, capturing a day of seed planting alongside her husband Blake Shelton and her three boys — Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo. The family worked together at Shelton’s Oklahoma ranch, prepping the land for the spring and summer season.
🌼 “Island in the (Country) Sun”
While Blake and the kids dressed in camo and farm gear, Gwen stood out in her signature glam, adding her own sparkle to the down-home task. Fittingly, the video was soundtracked by Weezer’s “Island in the Sun,” which Gwen cheekily nodded to in her caption:

Together, they planted a mix of blooms, including cosmos and several sunflower varieties like Strawberry Blonde, Buttercream, and Teddy Bear. The video gave fans a rare, wholesome look at family life on their sprawling 1,300-acre ranch.
🍄 From Mushroom Hunts to Ranch Life
It’s not the first time Gwen has shared their rural adventures. In spring 2023, she uploaded a playful video of mushroom hunting on the ranch, where she gasped at their bounty while Blake teased, “You better Instagram this.”
Earlier this year, she also treated fans to a personal 30-second montage, set to Lizzy McAlpine’s “Ceilings,” showing her jogging by the river, riding with Blake in a pickup truck, and sharing silly, love-filled moments together.
🎤 Blake Steps Back to Prioritize Family
After finishing his Back to the Honky Tonk Tour, Blake has been enjoying time off with Gwen and her kids. In late 2023, he revealed his choice to step away from NBC’s The Voice, explaining:

This July, Gwen and Blake will celebrate two years of marriage. The couple wed in a private chapel on his Ten Point Ranch in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, in 2021. Their love story began in 2014 on The Voice, blossoming into one of country and pop’s favorite romances.
