Lauren Alaina Returns to the Stage with Baby Daughter Beni Doll by Her Side
Lauren Alaina hit the road this past weekend for the first time since becoming a mom to baby girl Beni Doll, now 12 weeks old. With her own mom, Kristy, along for support, Alaina brought her daughter on tour for the weekend run of shows — making it a true family affair.
After the performances wrapped, the 30-year-old singer took to social media to share her emotions about the milestone.
“I was so overwhelmed with the thought of going back on the road after having my daughter. I was scared. I was excited. I was dreading it. I couldn’t wait,” she wrote. “Our newest member of the band is making our shows even better than before. I could not have done it without my momma out there taking care of us both.”
Alaina admitted she feels proud to show her daughter that it’s possible to balance motherhood with chasing dreams. “I can be a momma and chase my dreams,” she added. “Thank you to everyone who showed up and reminded me how much I love this dream of mine. It felt so good to be back.”
Looking Ahead
While Alaina has several shows on the calendar this year, the big push comes in 2026 when she’ll rejoin Rascal Flatts for the Life Is A Highway Tour. She previously toured with the trio while pregnant, and this time, baby Beni will be along for the ride.
“I mean, I love what I do, so I’m excited, but I’m scared too,” she admitted in a recent video. “Being away from her for 90 minutes sounds like the most impossible thing I’ve ever heard of.”
Thankfully, Alaina shared that both her mom and mother-in-law will be helping care for Beni while she’s performing.
Laughing about her return with Rascal Flatts, Alaina joked, “I did the whole tour pregnant last time and now I’ll have a newborn. They’re going to get to see what came out of the bump… I’ll be able to see my feet this time.”
Career Momentum
On top of her return to touring, Alaina is also celebrating major radio success. She recently became the first female country artist in more than a decade to land the No.1 most-added song at country radio for two consecutive weeks. Her latest single, “All My Exes” featuring Chase Matthew, continues to climb the charts.
