On August 2, Luke, a brave guy from Grimsby, passed away while he was surrounded by his family. His passing has left the entire nation in a state of sadness. In August of 2022, he was diagnosed with stage 4 leiomyosarcoma, a rare form of smooth muscle cancer. Through his YouTube channel, which was called “I Will Not Be Defeated,” he shared his story throughout the world, which encouraged people all over the world. Despite the fact that his physicians initially estimated that he would only have a year to live, Luke surpassed expectations by tolerating many rounds of chemotherapy and outperforming prognoses despite the fact that his health was deteriorating. Luke had joked just a few weeks earlier that he was “still alive and kicking,” according to his wife Beckey, who recalled his sense of humor and her husband’s resiliency.
