Rod Stewart is well-known for his amazing live performances, hairy head, and gruff voice.

The iconic rock star, however, has some depressing news for all of his admirers.

The iconic rock star Rod Stewart, who is well-known for songs like “Forever Young” and “Maggie May,” has announced that his next tour, One Last Time, will be his last extensive global tour.

The 79-year-old icon shared this heartfelt choice with his fans on Instagram on Wednesday, Nov. 20.

in excellent condition, and his signature hair is still there.
“For me, big world tours are coming to an end,” he wrote. “But don’t worry, I’m not going to retire. I still enjoy my work. The time has come to perform in more intimate, smaller settings.

The rock musician said he feels it’s time to retire from the grueling, world-trotting lifestyle of performing at enormous venues, even though his health is excellent and his signature hair is still in place.

At the jolly old age of 79, the rock star posted on Instagram, “I’m fit, have a full head of hair, and can run 100 meters in 18 seconds.”

The news feels like the end of an era to fans who have followed Stewart’s journey over the years. His legendary performances in massive venues, where his distinctive voice and rock star charisma have enthralled audiences for years, will come to an end with his One Last Time tour.

    He’s prepared for a shift.
Stewart has been a consistent force in the music industry, spanning genres from rock to soul and R&B, and is well-known for his amazing range. He has been a constant force in music, from the anthems of the 1970s like “Do You Think I’m Sexy?” to his more current CD, Swing Fever.

Even though Stewart maintains that his musical career isn’t over, it’s obvious he’s ready for a change.

The following year, he wrote, “I’d like to go on to a Great American Songbook, Swing Fever tour — smaller venues and more intimacy.”

However, the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer also left things somewhat open-ended by saying, “But then again, I may not…,” and concluding, “The Ambiguous Sir Rod Stewart.”

With 20 additional gigs starting in Austin, Texas, in March and ending in St. Louis in August, Rod Stewart’s One Last Time tour will travel around the United States and Canada. Fans can still anticipate one last opportunity to see his iconic performances up close, even though he is prepared to slow down.
