Carly Pearce Opens Up About New Boyfriend Jordan Karcher: “I Am Happier Than Ever”
Carly Pearce is stepping into a new season of life with love, confidence, and joy. The GRAMMY-winning country star has confirmed she’s in a relationship with Jordan Karcher, founder of Grounds & Hounds Coffee Co., and says she is “happier than ever.”
Meeting on Raya
During a candid conversation on The Dumb Blonde Podcast with Bunnie XO, the 35-year-old singer revealed that she met Karcher on Raya, the exclusive dating app known for connecting creatives and high-profile professionals.
Pearce admitted she was skeptical at first:
“I just didn’t think you could meet a real person on Raya. I was like, how am I going to meet somebody that’s aligned with me? He’s not in entertainment, which is the best thing ever. But yeah, I’m just really happy.”
Though their relationship is still “newer” — about six months in — Pearce confirmed they’re serious about their future together.
From Heartache to Healing
Pearce has been open about the ups and downs of her love life. She was previously married to country singer Michael Ray before divorcing in 2020. She later dated former baseball player Riley King and her former drummer BC Taylor, before eventually parting ways with both.
She’s faced criticism online for dating “too many people,” but Pearce says she’s no longer concerned with outside opinions:
“I’m sorry I’ve had a few relationships since my marriage, isn’t that the point? Like… I didn’t… It’s not like I married six people. I’m so happy. There’s no timeline and there’s no right way to do it, and if somebody wants to judge me for it, do it. I don’t care anymore.”
Hard Launch
On July 25, Pearce officially “hard launched” her relationship with Karcher on Instagram, posting a smiling photo of the two during a date night.
“I guess this is what the kids call a ‘hard launch’ these days…” she captioned the post with a heart emoji.
Karcher, who later made his Instagram private, had already shared a playful post of the couple in June:
“Took 38 years, but I finally like country music.”

Jordan Karcher is a dog rescue advocate and entrepreneur. He founded Grounds & Hounds Coffee Co., a brand that supports shelter dog rescue efforts, inspired by his own Dalmatian, Molly.
Beyond his coffee company, Karcher is also the founder and CEO of Shop With Eileen, a retail intelligence platform and app designed to help businesses monitor inventory and scale efficiently. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
