Famous people Will and Jada Pinkett Smith went on “Red Table Talk” to talk about their health issues. They were with their kids Jaden and Willow and Jada’s mom Adrienne Banfield-Norris. Being honest with each other about their health shows how important it is for everyone to take care of their health.

On the show, 21-year-old Jaden talked about how his stomach hurts. Even though some people didn’t agree with his choice to become a vegan, he stressed how important it was to put his health first. If you’re afraid to ask for help because of what other people might think, Jaden’s bravery can give you hope.

Changes to your diet for better health

Dr. Mark Hyman and nutritionist Mona Sharma were asked by Jaden’s family to help with his health issues. Dr. Hyman learned that Jaden’s problems were caused by eating the wrong things. He told Jaden that he should make certain changes to his food and take supplements to make up for any deficiencies.

Jaden’s family took dairy and gluten out of his diet because they knew it was making his situation worse. Since he was a vegetarian, they also made sure to treat his lack of vitamins and omega-3s. Jaden thought that these changes would make his health a lot better and let him keep inspiring people.

An Unsettling Event and Needed Changes

In September, Jaden’s strict diet led to some bad things. He said he was sorry, but it was clear he wasn’t feeling well. His family was very worried when he had to go to the hospital in Australia because he was sick and dizzy. They moved quickly to help him.

    Inspirational Way to Get Well

When it comes to their physical and mental health, the Smith family has always been open. Not long ago, Will talked about a big event in his life: getting a colonoscopy. During the process, they found a polyp and took it out. This shows how important it is to get regular checkups.

Will stressed that getting better might be hard at first, but it will pay off in the long run in so many great ways. To get people to make good decisions and improve their health as a whole, they want to tell their own stories.

The Smith family’s honest talk on “Red Table Talk” shows how they handle health issues on their own. By being open about their own road to health, they hope to encourage others to put their health first and live a long, healthy life.
