According to the most recent development in the continuing storyline involving Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, it appears that Vivienne, their daughter, has decided to remove the “Pitt” from her last name.

Since their 2019 divorce, Pitt and Jolie have been embroiled in legal troubles, with each side making a litany of accusations meant to tarnish the other.

A French winery that the couple bought while they were still married is at the center of the latest storm of claims. In April, documents were brought to the Los Angeles Superior Court by Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie. Among the shocking charges were that Pitt had physically abused her in the years leading up to the famous airplane incident that occurred just before their divorce.

For selling her portion of the vineyard in 2022, Pitt went after Jolie and her ex-business Nouvel. According to Pitt, the two had agreed not to sell their parts without each other’s consent. According to the actor, his ex-wife had “jeopardize[d] the reputation of the business that Pitt so carefully built” as a final consequence.

After Pitt allegedly became hostile during a 2016 flight from France to California, Jolie retaliated by claiming the incident in court papers. According to the Tomb Raider actress, Pitt “grabbed” her “by the head” and then proceeded to physically abuse not one but two of their children.

More recent news accounts, including new legal documents filed by Jolie’s lawyers with the Los Angeles Superior Court on April 4, suggested that Brad’s physical abuse of her started earlier than initially thought.

Jolie then accused her ex-husband of attempting to “bleed her dry,” while Pitt has persisted in denying any wrongdoing.

According to a source close to the couple, Brad is allegedly draining Angie dry, but it appears like Angie wants to do the same to him.

“Despite Angie’s seeming vindictiveness, it appears like Brad has gone to extraordinary lengths to support her and assist her financially. He is clearly not out to ruin his ex.”

Still, most viewers have strong opinions on the matter of the feud, and it appears even Vivienne, the couple’s biological daughter, is siding with her mother.

The Outsiders is a new musical that Vivienne, who is 15 years old, helped produce with her parents, according to PEOPLE. Despite being billed as Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, the official Playbill for the show simply said that she was Vivienne Jolie.

Essence posted a video in November in which Zahara, the eldest daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, presented herself as “Zahara Marley Jolie.” Readers may recall that this story. In the meantime, Son Pax, who was taken in by Jolie in 2007 from a Vietnamese orphanage, criticized Pitt in an Instagram post from 2020 that has now come to light.

“You have made the lives of those closest to me a constant hell,” Pax allegedly said on his private Instagram account.

“The truth will emerge at some point, regardless of what you tell yourself and the world.”

“So Happy Father’s Day, you f*****g awful human being,” he on to say.
