Body confidence is often associated with youth, but for many women, confidence develops gradually through experience rather than appearance.

That does not mean growing older automatically removes insecurity. Every person’s relationship with their body is unique. Some struggle with self-image throughout life, while others find that confidence slowly becomes less dependent on how they look and more connected to who they have become.
