On New Year’s Eve, word finally broke that Zach Bryan had married his girlfriend Samantha Leonard, confirming months of speculation about their relationship status. Up until very recently, all anyone really knew for sure was that the two were dating — something that became public not long after Zach’s very messy, very public breakup with Brianna LaPaglia (aka Brianna Chickenfry).
And yes, the elephant in the room has always been how much Samantha resembles Brianna. I’m still not over it — but I’ll move on.
Bryan and Leonard quietly went public around August 2025, though Zach himself did a lot of the rumor-fueling. Fans first started whispering “wedding bells” after he posted a video of himself, Samantha, and friends paragliding in Europe. Eagle-eyed followers immediately noticed a gold band on his ring finger. Not long after? The video disappeared. In its place, Zach reposted a similar clip — this time with a bald eagle emoji carefully covering his left hand.
That was clue number one.
Clue number two came courtesy of Zach again, when he posted an Instagram Story featuring Samantha that had fans convinced she’d received an engagement — or marriage-level — upgrade. Subtle? Not exactly.
Then things escalated quickly. TMZ reported that Zach and Samantha had officially tied the knot in San Sebastián, and the timing checked out. Just a day earlier, Zach had shared a photo with what appeared to be his groomsmen, captioned with lyrics from the Black Eyed Peas’ “I’ve Got a Feeling.”

Soon after, video surfaced showing the newlyweds bolting out of the building where they’d just said “I do.” Zach carried Samantha for a few steps before setting her down so they could jump into a convertible and speed off — complete with a Just Married banner trailing behind them.
Then came the first official confirmation from Zach himself: a striking black-and-white photo of the couple, simply captioned, “Tougher than the rest.” Samantha looked radiant, and from everything that’s surfaced so far, the wedding itself looked straight out of a dream. Ending 2025 in Spain like that? Not bad.
It’s also hard not to connect this moment to Zach’s recent admission that he’s been sober, in therapy, and actively working on himself after a year filled with controversy and negative headlines. It certainly feels like Samantha played a meaningful role in that turning point.
Until now, though, Samantha herself had stayed silent.
That changed just minutes ago when she took to Instagram to share a series of breathtaking photos from their ceremony. The setting appears to be a stunning Spanish cathedral, with images showing the couple at the altar exchanging vows, surrounded by lush florals and historic architecture. From a quick search, it looks like the ceremony took place at the Basilica of Saint Mary of Coro, a baroque Roman Catholic basilica completed in 1774.
Samantha, a truly beautiful bride, shared the photos with just one word:
“Forever.”
And honestly? In a setting like that, with moments like these — it’s hard to imagine a more cinematic way to start a marriage.
