Riley Green and Ella Langley Share Hilarious “Surgery” Video From the Tour Bus
Fresh off their electric Toronto show, Riley Green and Ella Langley gave fans a behind-the-scenes moment that’s equal parts squeamish and hilarious.
In a video shared from their tour bus, Green nervously places his blistered hand on an impromptu “surgery table” — a few sheets of kitchen roll, a pair of manicure scissors, and Ella Langley doubling as surgeon.
“What are you gonna do?!” Green asks in mock horror, his voice wavering between laughter and genuine fear. Without missing a beat, Langley smirks: “I’m gonna cut that off.”
Riley’s Wild Backstory (Sort Of)
As Langley carefully trims the excess skin, Green spins a heroic (and obviously exaggerated) tale of how he sustained the injury. According to him, it all started when he spotted a child crossing the street with a baby in his arms:
“I caught the baby with this hand, but I fell… and I wanted to cradle,” he pantomimes, before adding with a straight face, “and the baby was holding a box of kittens, so they all made it too.”

Langley’s laughter — and her disbelieving head-shake — tells fans all they need to know. Green later captioned the post with #sportsinjury, making it clear this wasn’t exactly a selfless rescue mission. Still, as one fan noted, “Riley Green saving babies and kittens sounds like a music video we need.”
Chemistry Intact
For months, rumors have swirled around Green and Langley’s on-stage connection, sparking endless “will they, won’t they” speculation. But if this clip proves anything, it’s that the two are just fine. Their playful banter and easy camaraderie show the pair’s chemistry is as strong offstage as it is under the lights.
Looking Ahead
Green has recently teased snippets of unreleased tracks on social media and paid tribute to Travis Tritt, fueling hopes that new music is coming soon. For now, he’s keeping busy on his Damn Country Music Tour with Langley through the summer, before heading across the Atlantic for a European run in September.
One thing’s certain: whether it’s saving kittens (in Riley’s imagination) or making each other laugh on the road, Green and Langley are keeping fans entertained both on and off the stage.
