Miranda Lambert Wraps Up Summer with Romantic Italian Getaway Before Album Release
Miranda Lambert recently enjoyed a picturesque escape to Italy with her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, soaking in the country’s beauty before diving back into a busy season of shows and new music.
The “Wranglers” singer shared snapshots from their trip on social media, capturing golden-hour views of Italy’s architecture, charming cobblestone streets filled with art, indulgent meals paired with wine, and plenty of gelato. The couple looked radiant in each stop’s carefully chosen European outfits, turning their travels into lasting memories.
“Until next time Italy! Thank you for your beauty, history, art, wine, gelato, sweetest people and the memories,” Lambert captioned the post.
New Album Arrives September 13
The vacation comes just weeks before Lambert drops her highly anticipated album, Postcards From Texas, her first project with Republic Records. She teased the 14-song collection through postcards and billboards before unveiling the track list, which features fellow Texan Parker McCollum as the sole guest on the duet “Santa Fe.”
McCollum expressed his excitement on social media, calling the collaboration “a dream come true” and praising Lambert as “one of the greatest talents this business has ever seen.”
Fans have already gotten a taste of the album through singles like “Wranglers,” “Dammit Randy,” and her fiery latest track “Alimony.” Produced by Lambert and Jon Randall, the project leans heavily into her Texas roots.
Upcoming Performances
Lambert returns to the stage August 17 at the Illinois State Fair, with additional shows lined up through December in Mississippi, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oklahoma, and a Houston date with Chris Stapleton on August 24.
She’ll also headline Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater on October 5 to mark the 15th anniversary of her MuttNation Foundation, joined by friends for a night benefiting dog rescue and adoption efforts.
