Princes William and Harry, estranged by years of distance and duty, reunited for the first and only time this year—not for diplomacy, but for love. It was their mother’s 63rd birthday, and they chose to honor her not with speeches or ceremony, but with something far more personal: silence, song, and memory. Inside a quiet London hotel suite, with only a piano and a flickering candle between them, the brothers shared stories, laughter, and finally, a trembling duet of the song they once sang for Diana as children. Riley Green Turns Up the Heat in Steamy “Worst Way” Music Video

Just when fans thought Riley Green’s sultry ballad “Worst Way” couldn’t get any steamier, the Alabama native dropped the official music video—and it’s nothing short of scorching. Released at noon on February 12, the visual takes the raw desire behind Green’s lyrics and cranks it up to eleven, leaving viewers both blushing and begging for more.

    Teasers That Drove Fans Wild
In the days leading up to the premiere, Green teased fans with glimpses of what was to come. One clip in particular—where he confidently sheds his robe—sent social media into a frenzy. Comments flooded in, with followers desperate to see the full version of what many are calling his “sexiest release yet.”

    A Passion-Fueled Narrative
The video opens innocently enough: Riley rolls up to a cozy tiny house in a Bronco, decked out in his Sunday best with a bottle of wine and flowers in hand. But inside, his love interest is preparing a romantic, candlelit dinner—and it quickly becomes clear that dinner won’t be the main course.

    With lyrics like:

“Tonight, I ain’t bringin’ no wine / Tonight, I ain’t bringin’ no roses / Talkin’ would take too much time / I think I just better show you…”

…it’s not long before the passion takes over. Wine is tossed aside. Roses hit the floor. And what follows is an unfiltered, physically charged sequence that sees the couple stumbling through the house, breaking glass, kissing against walls, and losing themselves in each other.

Chaos in the Restaurant, Calm in the Kitchen
In one of the video’s standout scenes, the couple takes their tension public. During a fancy dinner, the woman climbs across the table, sparking a jaw-dropping makeout session that stuns fellow diners.

Back at home, after a night of unrestrained intimacy, the tone shifts. Green, in a robe, eats cereal while his love interest lounges on the counter in nothing but red lingerie and his sport coat—a cheeky homage to Susan Sarandon and Kevin Costner’s famous scene in Bull Durham.

The chemistry flares once more. Shirtless, Green sweeps her off her feet and carries her to the bedroom, kicking over a lamp in the process. The lights go dark. The screen fades to black.

    A Seductive Vocal Delivery
Between the steamy scenes, Green sits in his Bronco delivering the song’s storyline with a low, seductive drawl. The minimal production lets his baritone take center stage, enhancing the song’s intimacy and intensity.

    The chorus says it all:

“I want you in the worst way, my hands are needin’ your hips / Want the first taste of whiskey to be off your lips / So close all the blinds, lock all the doors / Put away anything that’ll break / Baby, I need you tonight / Let’s see how much love we can make…”

    Inspiration Behind the Heat
In an interview with Apple Music Country’s Kelleigh Bannen, Green opened up about the inspiration behind “Worst Way,” revealing he channeled the emotional intensity of Eric Church’s “Wrecking Ball” and John Mayer’s “Slow Dancing in a Burning Room.”

“When I wrote ‘Worst Way,’ that was in the vein of [‘Wrecking Ball’]. Something about that type of feeling over the years—‘Slow Dancing in a Burning Room,’ that vibe—was so cool. I wanted to make it country. Make it mine.”

    On Tour Soon
Fans eager to experience “Worst Way” live are in luck. Green is set to hit the road for his Damn Country Music Tour, launching this March. If the video is any indication, the live performance of this song will be just as unforgettable.
