After the sad passing of late Liam Payne, Kate Cassidy, his girlfriend, has written a very moving homage.

Having been with Cassidy just days before she went to Florida, Payne, 31, passed tragically on October 16 after falling from a third-floor balcony at a Buenos Aires, Argentina hotel.

Payne leaves behind a seven-year-old son who he shares with Cheryl, 41, Girls Aloud Singer.

Shared on Instagram, Kate Cassidy’s heartbreaking message revealed her loss and said, “My heart is shattered in ways I cannot put into words.” Though right now it seems so bleak, I wish you could see the enormous influence you have had on the planet.

She went on: “You provided millions of fans, your family, friends, and especially myself great delight and optimism for everyone. You are much loved. You are—because everyone you touched felt just as unique as I did—my best friend, the love of my life, and everyone else. Every space you entered lit by your infectious energy.

” None of this feels real, and this new reality of not having you here is hard for me to grasp. She said, “I’m trying to find out how to live in a world without you at my side.”

“Together, we got to be kids again, always finding pleasure in the smallest things,” the speaker said.

When Cassidy thought back on their future plans, he disclosed a moving incident from just weeks before Payne’s death when he had left a letter stating: “Me and Kate to marry within a year/engaged & together forever 444.”

Though their future together may not be as they had hoped, Payne will always be with her as a “guardian angel.”

Cassidy says in the letter she will love him for the rest of her life and carries their memories with her everywhere she travels. She also inserted the number sequence “444,” which reminds her Payne is always with her and represents angelic presence and protection.

With toxicology studies still pending, the precise reason of Payne’s death is yet unknown. His body cannot be reverted to his family in the UK until these are finished.

Our emotions and strongest sympathy reach Liam Paynes’s family, friends, and supporters.
