Grant Page, the iconic Australian stuntman most known for his work on the *Mad Max* franchise, died in a car accident in New South Wales on October 16, 2024, at the age of 85. He slammed into a tree while driving alone and died despite emergency services’ prompt reaction.

His son, Leroy, characterized him as a “legend” who was in good spirits and working on new films. Page’s impressive filmography includes performances in *The Man from Hong Kong*, *Deathcheaters*, and *Furiosa*. Friends and colleagues paid tribute, including former boss Brian Trenchard-Smith, who praised his exceptional talent. Director Jamie Blanks expressed sadness over the death of a “wonderful, kind” buddy. Page is survived by his four boys, ex-wife Joy, and ex-partner Ulli, leaving behind an impressive film legacy.
