The only Cher is 76—hard to comprehend. The Goddess of Pop, born May 20, 1946 in California, became famous following the 1965 Sonny & Cher single “I Got You Babe.”

She has had her own TV show, sold over 100 million records, won numerous accolades, appeared on Broadway, and toured solo worldwide in her 50-year career. She is one of the world’s most successful entertainers.

Her ability to keep going without slowing down is a marvel to many.

As long as cameras have existed, actors have tried to change, develop, and even experiment with their faces to defy aging.

We could write endlessly about Hollywood and music stars who have fought Mother Nature’s plans, their futile attempts, the falsehoods told to cover up treatments, the weird diets, and the horror stories of plastic procedures gone wrong.

Cher may be the most famous celebrity to have aged while the audience has watched.

Cher, 76, had a remarkable existence as a singer and actor. She has been married twice and dated many celebrities.

Cher attributes her figure to working out, eating a plant-based and dairy-free diet, avoiding alcohol, and taking care of her skin.

”I exercise about five times a week because I’ve always done it and I enjoy it,” she told Hello! Magazine.

She works twice as hard as others to stay slender, but she doesn’t mind.

I was a tomboy younger. Played sports. Surfing is my current endeavor. Thank goodness I enjoy that.”

Cher told Hello! Magazine she doesn’t eat meat and avoids high-fat foods in Cher Forever Fit: The Lifetime Plan for Health, Fitness, and Beauty. She supposedly avoids cheese.

Cher avoids alcohol, drugs, and smoking.

In 2013, she told Closer: “I don’t like unhealthy things like drugs and drinking, so I never got into them to begin with.”

I tried smokes and drugs, but they didn’t suit me. I’ll drink three to four times a year too.”

Cher doesn’t have a favorite skincare product.

“I have an eclectic skincare routine. She told PEOPLE: I don’t commit to one product; I just adore things from many people.

I enjoy my buddy Dr. Barbara Sturm’s eye cream and face wash. Jan Marini items are great too. I adore my Proactiv products.”

The music icon stays young by spending time with her 36-year-old lover, recording producer Alexander Edwards.

Cher said last year that “love doesn’t know math!” and had introduced Edwards to her family. Her reply was likely in response to questions about the wide age gap between the two new lovers (Cher is 76 and her partner is 36).

Cher says she met Edwards at Paris Fashion Week in 2022. They may not be math geniuses, but their relationship is still in honeymoon mode.

However, many admirers were thrilled to see Cher smiling. The 76-year-old also addressed the couple’s age disparity, saying: “Love doesn’t know math, it sees [red heart emojis]. Rinpoche said, “Some people meet, others ‘recognize’.”

Cher’s 76th birthday is hard to comprehend. Not only do I recall when she first appeared on the scene as a fresh-faced talent with the world at her feet, but she still looks amazing.

Do you like Cher? Please share your opinions in the comments. Keep it clean and kind, people.
