Jennifer Lopez Called ‘Worst Dressed,’ Rocking Disco Ball Outfit with Full Side Cutout at the 2024 TIFF

At the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), Jennifer Lopez captured attention, not only for her striking outfit but also for her personal life. Making headlines for her appearance, Lopez was dubbed “worst dressed” by many critics, while her estranged husband Ben Affleck was notably absent from the event.

Jennifer Lopez’s Controversial Outfit

Lopez arrived at the TIFF wearing a shimmering Tamara Ralph silver metallic gown that had a “mirrorball” effect, a bold choice that left both sides of her body exposed, fastened only by black velvet bows. The dress, paired with silver heels and diamond accessories, was meant to exude glamour, but it did not sit well with many fans and social media users.

Critics quickly took to Instagram and other platforms to voice their disapproval, calling the dress “inappropriate” and “one of her worst looks.” Some commenters also suggested the dress lacked class and color, especially considering the nature of the film premiere. Despite the negative feedback, a few fans came to Lopez’s defense, praising her beauty and confidence in the bold ensemble.

Relationship Drama at TIFF

Lopez’s presence at TIFF came shortly after filing for divorce from Ben Affleck, which added an extra layer of intrigue to the event. Although Affleck, her co-producer on the film Unstoppable, did not attend, his close friend Matt Damon was present with his wife, Luciana Barroso.

Sources say Affleck’s absence was due to work commitments, as well as spending time with his children in Los Angeles. Despite this, Lopez seemed unfazed by the chatter, posing for photos and engaging with attendees. Fans, however, speculated about her interaction with Damon’s wife, adding fuel to the ongoing media frenzy surrounding her personal life.
