Megyn Kelly, 52, shows off her toned physique in bikini photos

Megyn Kelly, 52, never fails to draw heads with her gorgeous swimsuit pictures. On April 29, 2023, the former Fox News star and current Sirius XM presenter shared a selfie in South Florida while honoring a friend’s birthday. Megyn looked amazing in the shot, which was shared on Twitter. She was wearing a black bikini top and dark sunglasses.

Megyn has already talked about how she keeps herself in shape. She shared pictures from her trip to the Bahamas in 2019 while wearing a black string bikini and enjoying stand-up paddle boarding. Though she appears toned, Megyn acknowledges that she no longer works out frequently.

She disclosed in her 2016 autobiography, Settle for More, that she stopped exercising after having kids and started following nutritionist Tanya Zuckerbrot’s high-fiber F-factor diet, which is described in Zuckerbrot’s 2006 book.

After giving birth to her first child, Yates, in 2009, she started the diet and saw that it made her lose baby weight swiftly.

Yardley was born in 2011, Thatcher was born in 2013, and Yates was born in 2009; Megyn and her husband, author Douglas Brunt, are parents to three children.

Megyn’s stunning shape in her most recent bikini photos is proof that her diet regimen has obviously paid off.
