He looks and sounds just like him. Pastor believed to be Elvis Presley, finally breaks the silence

Robert Joyce, a minister from a rural area in central Arkansas, has sparked a fascinating debate on the internet.
Since Joyce’s voice is so similar to that of Elvis Presley, the King of Rock and Roll, a video of him went popular and caused people to question his identification.

The Express spoke with Tom Mennel, an Elvis devotee for life, on his belief in Joyce’s real identity. At 61 years old, Mennel still thinks Joyce is Elvis, despite the fact that he has loved the King since he was six years old. He hoped that Joyce will come clean about his identity sometime.

“Mr. Joyce is like Elvis to me, and I really hope he’ll come clean about his identity,” Mennel said. With the following spiritual interpretation: “Perhaps God is using Elvis’ voice to minister to broken hearts and broken lives.”

“If Elvis were alive, I would say to him, my friend and brother, we are of kindred spirits,” Mennel stated, reflecting on what he would say if Elvis were still walking among us. In Christ, we are united.

The power of a viral video to spark national debate and identity politics is explored in this article, which also touches on the enduring impact of cultural giants like Elvis Presley.
