Maybe it wasn’t the right time.” He credited Ozempic with helping him reduce his alcohol consumption and control his appetite, which allowed him to refocus on a healthier diet.

In addition to showcasing his weight loss on Instagram, Jon has also introduced his new girlfriend, Stephanie Lebo. In a recent photo, Stephanie is seen kissing Jon’s cheek as he poses in a tank top, a post that garnered positive reactions from his followers.
