John Travolta and his family have faced tough times, notably with the passing of his wife, Kelly Preston, in 2020 due to breast cancer. The couple, married in 1991, had three children together—Ella, Jett, and Ben. Jett tragically passed away in 2009 at the age of 16.

Kelly Preston, born in 1962, was an actress known for her roles in films like “Mischief,” “Twins,” “Jerry Maguire,” and “For Love of the Game.” She kept her breast cancer diagnosis private and battled the disease for two years before her passing at 57.

John Travolta, known for his iconic roles in films like “Saturday Night Fever” and “Pulp Fiction,” has navigated grief and mourning with a focus on being a supportive father to his surviving children. In an interview with Esquire Mexico, he shared that mourning is a personal journey, and each person’s experience is unique.

Since Kelly’s death, Travolta has taken time off from his career to prioritize his family. He shares glimpses of his life with his children on social media, celebrating his daughter Ella’s achievements in acting, such as her role in the film “Get Lost,” a reimagining of Alice in Wonderland.

Travolta, a certified pilot and aviation enthusiast, has put his family vacation home in Maine on the market. The 10,000-square-foot property, where the family spent quality time together, is listed for $5 million. He also owns a notable estate in Ocala, Florida, featuring two aircraft runways leading to the front door, catering to his passion for aviation.

While there have been rumors of potential romance for Travolta, he has reportedly not shown interest in dating at the moment.

He is focused on being the best father he can be and is grateful for the support he receives.

Despite the challenges and losses, Travolta remains positive, cherishing the memories and legacy created with his family. He emphasizes the importance of allowing each person to grieve in their way and not complicating their journey with one’s own experiences.

As he continues his journey, Travolta appreciates the privilege of being a father and aims to ensure a bright future for his children.
