Ellen DeGeneres Reveals Three Health Diagnoses in Candid Netflix Special
Ellen DeGeneres has opened up about several personal health challenges, revealing that she has been diagnosed with osteoporosis, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder.
The former talk show host discussed the diagnoses during her Netflix comedy special, *For Your Approval*, using her trademark humor while reflecting on aging, physical pain, and mental health.
DeGeneres, 68, explained that one of the biggest surprises came after she underwent a bone density test and learned that she had osteoporosis.
The condition causes bones to become weaker and more vulnerable to fractures as bone density and strength decline.
Rather than avoiding the subject, DeGeneres turned the diagnosis into a joke.
