Morgan Wallen Honors Erika Kirk With Onstage Tribute
Just days after the tragic death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, country superstar Morgan Wallen paused his Edmonton concert to pay tribute to Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk.
Midway through his set, Wallen stopped to address the crowd:
“I’m not gonna say a whole bunch on this, but this song right here has been hitting me harder in the last couple days. And I just wanted to let Erika Kirk know that me and my family are sending prayers her way.”
He then dedicated his track “I’m a Little Crazy” to Erika and the Kirk family, urging fans to join in. The audience responded with roaring support as Wallen performed the song with visible emotion.

The Tragedy in Utah
Charlie Kirk, 31, was fatally shot in the neck on Wednesday while speaking at Utah Valley University during his American Comeback Tour. The attack unfolded in front of a live audience, sending shockwaves through both the campus and the political world.
Authorities identified the suspect as Tyler Robinson, who was later arrested after a campus-wide manhunt. Video footage shows a man matching Robinson’s description walking toward the university in an all-black outfit just minutes before the FBI says he carried out the attack.
Last night @MorganWallen sent a tribute out to Charlie Kirk and his family. The Edmonton crowd was very touched by the gesture.
Political violence is never the answer, even if members of @WabKinew’s government think otherwise.
