People are in disbelief after watching a video that went viral online, leaving them to wonder if Charlie Kirk’s shooting at his event in Utah was actually random or something much more sinister.
Shortly before the gunshots, a man in a black shirt standing directly behind Kirk is seen in the video making what looks to be an odd arm-cross and finger gesture while Kirk is speaking on stage. Just moments before, someone else tipped his hat. These movements appear abnormal to many viewers. They appear purposeful.
People on social media are referring to it as a potential “signal” to the shooter. Was this man associated with something more sinister, or was he a member of Kirk’s security detail? There are more questions than answers because of the timing.
Others say it’s a classic sign of coordination, a silent cue before chaos broke out, while others think it might have been a harmless gesture. The timing was uncanny, that much is certain.
Thousands of people are requesting answers as the video is currently going viral on various platforms: The man behind Charlie Kirk was who? He made that move just seconds before the attack, but why? Most importantly, why hasn’t someone in a position of authority yet provided an explanation?
