Riley Green Surprises Vacationing Family With Beach Football Game in Florida
While enjoying some downtime near Panama City Beach, Florida, country star Riley Green made a vacation extra special for one lucky family—by jumping into their game of catch on the sand.
The wholesome moment was caught on camera and shared to TikTok by Bobbie Dean, whose teenage son ended up tossing a football with the singer himself.

In the clip, Riley can be seen barefoot and relaxed, casually blending in on the beach like just another guy enjoying the day. “My son throwing the football with Riley,” Bobbie captioned the video.
Beach Day With His Own Family, Too
Riley wasn’t just connecting with fans—he also spent quality time with his own family. In another lighthearted video, the “There Was This Girl” singer shared a clip of him and his dad throwing the football on the same beach.

“Still got it,” he captioned the video, showing off his dad’s throwing arm—and his impressive mustache that clearly runs in the family.
Fans were quick to praise both father and son, with comments like:
“RILEY GREEN GETS IT FROM HIS 👨 DAD 😉”
“Forget Riley… is Dad single?? 😂🤷”
Football Has Always Been Part of Riley’s Story
Before launching his country music career, Riley Green was a quarterback at Jacksonville State University in Alabama. Though his path eventually shifted to music, his love for football has remained strong.
That passion led him to open a sports bar in downtown Nashville last year. “Duck Blind” blends two of his favorite things—football and live music—with wall-to-wall TVs and a stage for local performers.
The menu? Southern staples like wings, hot chicken sandwiches, a catfish basket, and Green’s personal favorite: duck fries.
Whether on stage, behind the bar, or barefoot in the sand, Riley Green continues to show fans he’s as down-to-earth as ever.
