    In a decision that was handed down on Monday, the Supreme Court determined that former President Donald Trump could not be removed from the ballot in Colorado or any other state.

    A verdict that was both comprehensive and momentous, which dismissed a complaint that asserted that he was ineligible to hold office as a result of the conduct he took on January 6, 2021.

    According to a decision handed down by the Supreme Court on Monday, former President Donald Trump could not be removed from the ballot in the year 2020.

    A lawsuit that claimed that he was disqualified from office as a result of his acts on January 6, 2021 was dismissed by a ruling that was both comprehensive and historic. The case said that he was disqualified from office due of his activities.

    Nevertheless, the judges did not answer the question of whether or not Trump was, in fact, an insurrectionist, and they were divided on the practicalities of how the ban could be enforced. This distinction could have far-reaching implications.
