After painful divorce, Kevin Costner’s ex-wife, 49, has found a new man – and you might recognize him

A long time ago, Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner appeared to have a rock-solid marriage. However, the couple has clearly moved on today after an ugly breakup that included a protracted legal battle and many shots fired via the press.

We broke the news last month that Costner, actor of Yellowstone, may have found love again, and now it seems like his ex-wife isn’t going to let him have all the fun in the burgeoning relationship department…

Christine Baumgartner allegedly took Costner by surprise in May of last year (2023) when she decided to start the divorce process. Tragically, the whole miserable tale would continue its downhill spiral from that point on.

Christine gave the reason of “irreconcilable differences” when she filed for a divorce in early May. Their marriage had lasted for eighteen years.

It is with deep grief that events beyond Mr. Costner’s control have led to the necessity of his participation in a dissolution of marital action,” said a statement issued by his representative.

“As he, Christine, and their children go through this challenging period, we ask that their privacy be honored.”

In the aftermath of Baumgartner’s filing, a contentious fight erupted between her and Costner. The result was that Baumgartner was evicted from the family home, as stipulated in their prenuptial agreement, and Costner was ordered to pay $63,209 in child support each month for their three children together.

All things considered, Kevin and Christine are probably glad to be out of 2023. But there was some good news regarding love—at least if rumors spread by certain media sites are to be believed.

American singer Jewel is rumored to be dating Costner, who reportedly took a Caribbean trip together. Despite their covert nature, their attraction was evident. Rumors now focus on Costner’s ex-wife, who may be dating someone new.

Amber Baumgartner, a fashion designer, has been linked with Santa Barbara financier Josh Connor, who lent her $20,000 during her divorce from Kevin Costner. Baumgartner admitted not knowing him during a Hawaii vacation in July. Connor has three children with his former wife.
