I’m already obsessed with this one.
Megan Moroney is getting ready to release her new album Cloud 9, a 15-track project that includes collaborations with two major names: Kacey Musgraves and Ed Sheeran. The latter appears on a track titled “I Only Miss You.”
The song was written alongside Ben Williams, Mackenzie Carpenter, Micah Carpenter, and Sheeran himself. Earlier today, Megan teased the track on Instagram, giving fans a glimpse of a slow, emotional ballad centered on missing an ex in all the little, unavoidable moments—exactly what the title suggests.

The melody is gorgeous, and it already feels like one of those quietly devastating songs that hits harder the longer you sit with it. From what we can hear so far, it also sounds like Sheeran’s presence will be even more noticeable once the full version drops. You can check out the preview at the link she shared.
Just last Friday, Megan also released “Wish I Didn’t,” along with a music video starring Dylan Efron.
