After Months Of Rumors And Viral Theories, Riley Green Confirms The Truth About His Love Life

A smooth-voiced country heartthrob just sent a collective sigh through Nashville.

Riley Green, the Alabama-born crooner known for writing love songs that feel personal and heartbreak anthems that hit a little too close to home, has finally answered the question fans refuse to stop asking. Is he taken? According to Riley himself — no, ma’am.

“I’m not dating anyone,” Green admitted in a recent chat with Westwood One host Bev Rainey. Then, flashing a grin that could melt steel, he joked, “I usually find out who I’m dating every week on social media.”

That playful swipe at the rumor machine comes after years of speculation following him everywhere he goes. From red carpet appearances to duet partners and eyebrow-raising Instagram moments, Riley’s love life has drawn nearly as much attention as his music. But despite what the internet thinks, he’s flying solo — and perfectly fine with it.

The chatter really kicked into high gear when fans became convinced sparks were flying between Riley and Ella Langley. Their chemistry on the 2024 hit “You Look Like You Love Me” was undeniable, and the playful visuals for “Don’t Mind If I Do” only fueled the fantasy. Still, Riley says it was nothing more than good songs and good vibes.

“Me and Ella have two huge songs together, and I think fans like to believe what you’re singing about is real,” he explained. And while the idea of a country power couple is tempting, in this case it’s simply two friends making music that connects.

Then came the Megan Moroney rumors. Fans went full detective mode after both were spotted in St. Barts and posted suspiciously similar vacation shots. Between fishing trips, shark dives, and golden-hour sunsets — not to mention a TikTok where Megan wore a hat fans swore belonged to Riley — the internet was convinced. Once again, Riley shut it down.

“Single,” he said bluntly on the In the Blind Podcast. When pushed, he doubled down: “Pretty damn.”

And what about the woman who joined him at the 2025 CMAs, Bryana Ferringer? She may have caught attention sitting beside him, but Riley insists it was just a friendly date. “It’s hard to casually attend an award show with someone without people talking,” he told Elaina Smith with a laugh. “We had a good time.”

Sure, Riley knows how to sell a love song. His sultry single “Worst Way” has been heating up speakers everywhere and locking down spots on nearly every summer country playlist that matters. But he’s quick to point out that writing romance doesn’t mean he’s living it. Between nonstop touring, songwriting, and chasing the next hit, he says it would take someone truly special — and that person just hasn’t come along yet.

He’s been linked to influencers, fellow artists, and plenty of speculation, but Riley Green isn’t settling down just to quiet the noise. Right now, the focus is the music, the fans, and maybe a little peace when he finally gets off the road.

So if you’ve been wondering whether Riley’s love songs come from real-life experience or pure imagination, the truth sits somewhere in between. And until the right cowgirl comes along to change his tune, Riley Green remains happily single — and country music’s most eligible bachelor.

Ladies, keep those boots shined. You never know.
