Post Malone’s Generosity Shines Again at a Texas Restaurant After Busy Charity Weekend
Post Malone’s weekend in Texas proved once again why he’s one of the most beloved artists in and out of country music. The F-1 Trillion hitmaker not only helped raise money for a great cause but also left a trail of generosity — and a few stunned servers — in his wake.
From Cattle Baron’s Ball to Cowboys Game
Fresh off performing at the 2025 Cattle Baron’s Ball at Southfork Ranch — a massive charity concert benefiting the American Cancer Society — Posty decided to spend his Sunday relaxing the Texas way: by catching a Dallas Cowboys game.
He headed to Flips Patio Grill in Grapevine, Texas, to watch the Cowboys take on the Denver Broncos. The game might not have gone well for his team (the Broncos won in a blowout), but that didn’t stop Post Malone from spreading good vibes to everyone around him.
Post Malone’s $1,000 Tip — and Two Surprise Tabs
Known for his generous heart, Post Malone didn’t just tip big — he tipped huge. His tab came to $533, and he left a $1,000 tip — nearly 200%.
But that wasn’t all. He also picked up the bill for two other tables and reportedly left $1,000 tips on each of their tabs as well. Between his own meal and the others, Posty’s total generosity easily passed $3,000 — just for one afternoon of football and food.
The restaurant’s staff and customers were floored. Flips Patio Grill shared a heartfelt message on Facebook, saying:
“Thank you to Post Malone for stopping by at Flips in Grapevine to watch the Cowboys game this weekend! He was kind enough to pay a visit and was generous and gracious to our team and guests. A big thanks to Post Malone — everyone had lots of fun and we hope to see you again!”
Always a Class Act
This isn’t the first time Post Malone has made headlines for his big-hearted tipping habits.
In Houston (Dec. 2024): He tipped a bartender $20,000 on Christmas Eve.
In Phoenix (Summer 2025): He left a tip large enough to help 15 employees pay their bills for the month.
In Utah (Early 2025): He surprised workers at a soon-to-open Pizza Hut, hanging out and leaving a hefty tip just for opening the store early.
Despite global fame and chart-topping success, Posty continues to be known for his humility and kindness — the kind of superstar who takes selfies with fans, chats with staff, and makes sure everyone around him feels appreciated.
Big Heart, Bigger Energy
Even on a weekend packed with performances, charity events, and football heartbreak, Post Malone found a way to make people’s day brighter.
His fans often say “never meet your heroes,” but as the folks at Flips Patio Grill — and countless others — can now attest, Post Malone is the rare exception.
