Zach Bryan Fence-Jumping Drama Sparks Chaos—And Brianna Chickenfry Throws the Icy Shade Fans Expected
Country star Zach Bryan is back in headlines—this time not for his music, but for a viral clip of him jumping over a barbed-wire fence to confront fellow artist Gavin Adcock at Born & Raised Fest in Oklahoma.
The moment, captured on fan videos over the weekend, shows Bryan heated and shouting while trying to reach Adcock, just before Gavin’s headlining set. Security quickly intervened, but not before Bryan’s pants reportedly tore on the fence—a detail Adcock wasted no time sharing.
Gavin Adcock Speaks Out
In a string of social media posts, Adcock downplayed the situation while firing his own shots at Bryan:
“Had a headline show to play. Dude was absolutely wasted. Had to do what was good for the fans.”
“Had a show to play for Oklahoma. Wasn’t going to jail over that psycho.”
And in a TikTok caption, he simply wrote: “Dude needs help.”
Adcock later joined Dave Portnoy for a Barstool Sports interview, where he described Bryan’s fence mishap with relish:
“He ripped his pants when he got over it. He got about halfway over, and his pants got caught. There were seven security guards standing around… even if we wanted to fight, we couldn’t. Plus, I was just being the bigger man.”
The clip quickly circulated, fueling endless memes about Bryan’s temper—and his unlucky fence hop.
Enter Brianna Chickenfry
Of course, no Zach Bryan headline slips by Brianna Chickenfry, Bryan’s ex and Barstool personality, without a little commentary. And this one was too easy.
On vacation in Portugal, Bri posted a carefree video from a boat with a glass of wine in hand. The soundtrack: “Meet Me At Our Spot.” The caption?
“Not a fence in sight!”

Fans instantly flooded her comments with praise for the subtle-but-deadly shade:
“Ok the caption is iconic.”
“This SCREAMS freedom and I love it!”
“Perfect example of what came after being better than what came before.”
“He looked like a little Chihuahua trying to jump a baby gate.”
The post quickly went viral, with many calling it Bri’s best response yet to Bryan’s ongoing public drama.
Fans Split on the Fallout
While some country fans brushed off the confrontation as childish, others pointed out how it plays into a larger pattern of Bryan’s volatility. Meanwhile, Brianna’s supporters framed her as the clear winner of the breakup, with one viral comment summing up the mood:
“Freedom looks so good on you.”
