Ben Affleck visits to $20M Pacific Palisades house amid fires, ‘so grateful’ it’s still standing.

After evacuating for the Palisades Fire, Ben Affleck returned to his $20 million Los Angeles home on Wednesday.

A source tells Page Six exclusively that the “Air” actor visited his home after discovering it was still standing.

“Ben’s home is still under evacuation order, but he feels so grateful his property is safe,” the insider says.

Many folks Ben knows lost their houses. The carnage he has witnessed is beyond awful. Ben is offering assistance to anyone.”

On Wednesday, Affleck entered a house code while seated in his black vehicle.

The Hollywood celebrity, wearing a tan suit jacket and white collared shirt, drove his automobile and watched the neighborhoods around his home suffer significant damage.

After fleeing to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner’s Brentwood house, the 52-year-old “Argo” director came home.

Page Six photos showed Affleck looking worried as he traveled to Garner’s house on Tuesday night.

Affleck bought his $20.5 million property in July 2024, five months after divorcing Jennifer Lopez.

Since the Tuesday morning fire destroyed 15,000 acres in Palisades, Affleck’s home is one of the few remaining.

The wind-driven fires in Los Angeles forced at least 100,000 people to leave Altadena, Malibu, the Hollywood Hills, and San Fernando.

Several celebrities were touched by the record flames. Famous people like Billy Crystal, Eugene Levy, Anna Faris, and John Goodman lost their houses in fires.

Leighton Meester and Adam Brody, stars of “Gossip Girl” and “Nobody Wants This,” evacuated with their two children. Their house burned down too.

Paris Hilton said on Instagram on Wednesday that her Malibu vacation home was demolished.

Former “The Hills” stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have been posting emotional updates since Tuesday, when they reported their house was one of the first to burn.

“I am speechless… Montag said in a TikTok video on Wednesday, “I’m so thankful we’re safe.” I’m devastated our house is gone. I wish I had gotten more.”
