The striker for West Ham United, Michail Antonio, was involved in a car accident, although the club has stated that he is “in a stable condition” at this time.

In a statement released by the club, it was indicated that “West Ham United can confirm that Michail Antonio is in a stable condition following a road traffic accident that occurred this afternoon in the Essex area.” Michail is cognizant and being able to communicate, and he is currently being closely monitored at a hospital located in the central area of London. Due to the current circumstances, we would like to respectfully request that everyone respect the privacy of Michail and his family. This evening, the Club will not provide any further commentary; nevertheless, they will provide an additional update at the appropriate time. When West Ham next takes the field, they will be playing Wolverhampton Wanderers at their home stadium on Monday evening.

In the Premier League, Antonio has made 268 appearances for West Ham since joining the club in 2015 from Nottingham Forest. He has scored 68 goals during his time with West Ham. Antonio began his career playing in non-league football.

Everyone in the Premier League is thinking about Antonio, the club, his family, and his friends at this time.
