They still get together as a family, watch their beloved TV shows, and spend holidays together. Though their relationship has changed into a different phase, it is still constant.

    When asked why they chose to divorce, the pair said they had developed into different persons and people change with time. At one point they came to see that the roles they were performing in their marriage no longer fit who they had evolved into. This insight drove them to move bravely forward and bring their life into line with their actual selves.
