King Charles ‘still very sick’ and facing ‘inevitable end’ – plans for funeral well underway, claim reports

Royal experts say that Charles is “still very sick,” even though it seems like the king “is on the mend.” The palace is planning a funeral fit for a king.

Operation Menai Bridge is the code name for plans to kill the king, and it’s well under way because “death is a possibility” for the 75-year-old royal, who is sick with cancer.

Read on to find out why the plans for the king’s funeral need to be made right away!

After Queen Elizabeth II became queen in 1952, plans for Operation London Bridge began right away.

The plan, which was a secret name for what would happen after she died, included things like telling everyone she had died, letting people mourn, having a state funeral, and King Charles III taking the throne.

When the queen died in 2022, the former Prince of Wales became the oldest person in British history to take the throne. He had been waiting more than 70 years to do so.

He didn’t enjoy his new job for very long either.

Charles had a “corrective procedure” in January 2024, less than a year after being crowned king in May 2023. The surgery was meant to treat benign prostate enlargement.

In February, just one month after the surgery, the palace said that cancer, not prostate, had been found.

“I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the words of support and well wishes…People who have been touched by cancer know that kind thoughts like these are the best way to feel better. Charles writes this in a message posted on the royal family’s social media accounts on February 10, 2024.

It makes me happy to hear that talking about my own illness has helped people understand better and brought attention to the work of all the groups that help cancer patients and their families in the UK and around the world. Because of my own experience, I will always admire their unwavering care and commitment even more over the years.

While the king was getting treatment for a type of cancer that wasn’t made public, his oldest son, Prince William, took on more royal duties and helped his wife, Kate, who announced in March 2024 that she too had been diagnosed with cancer.

A person says, “William has a bigger role now that Charles has included him in a lot of the decisions.”

The king just recently went back to working with the public, but sources say he’s having a hard time.

The person who did not want to be named says, “He’s going out in public, but only for short periods of time.”He is often flown in and out by helicopter. He needs a good rest after a meeting.

The source also says that the plans for Charles’ funeral are more important now because his health is so bad.

According to the Daily Beast, these claims are true: bad things are getting worse in the palace, and friends are having a hard time staying positive. “Of course, he wants to beat it, and they are doing everything they can,” a close friend says. It seems like everyone is still positive, but he is really sick. They are hiding a lot more than they are saying.

    The Menai Bridge Operation
Like the 10-day plan for what to do after the queen died, the king has one too. It’s called Operation Menai Bridge and is “regularly updated,” according to the Daily Beast.

Every member of the royal family knows codewords that will be used after they die. These are meant to make the change of power go smoothly.

The name of the bridge that crosses the island of Anglesey to the mainland of Wales is Operation Menai Bridge. The king’s plan is a nod to his time as Prince of Wales.

The Independent says code names were used to keep Buckingham Palace office workers from finding out about royal deaths before the official announcement was made and telling everyone.

What will happen after he dies?
The next king of Britain will be Prince William, who is the clear heir to the throne. His wife, Kate Middleton, will be queen consort.

Once the news is official, the new king will make a statement to the whole country, just like Charles did when his mother died.

As a sign of respect, the late king will lie in state at the Palace of Westminster. He will likely be buried in the royal vault in the King George VI Memorial Chapel at Windsor Castle.

The royal family will be ready for a funeral fit for a king when the time comes.

A palace source told In Touch in August 2024, “The palace is giving the impression that Charles is on the mend, but he’s still very sick.” “The government will make sure that the king’s funeral follows all the rules and meets his wishes and expectations.”
