The remarks Robert De Niro made about the American people have been “destroyed” by Megyn Kelly. In an interview with “The Megyn Kelly Show,” she talked about the actor’s political involvement and its possible effects.

Kelly spoke about an exclusive interview she had while working at Fox News, in which De Niro publicly condemned Trump for the first time ever when he was running against Hillary Clinton.

“Robert De Niro ranting about the former president was captured on camera exclusively.” stated Kelly. It was the first time he had truly expressed his feelings regarding politics. And when he campaigned against Hillary, we broke that on my show.

Kelly questioned if De Niro’s efforts were worthwhile, pointing out that the actor’s participation did not stop the 2016 win. She questioned, “So why does he think he can do it now if he couldn’t make any change in 2016?”

Her remarks followed De Niro’s news conference, during which he expressed his affection for the city and his concerns about Trump’s capacity to wreak havoc on a large scale. “This city is amazing,” De Niro remarked. “I don’t wish to ruin it. However, they’ll destroy the nation as well as the city, and ultimately, he might even destroy the entire globe.

Kelly was unrelenting in her criticism. She exclaimed, “It was colossally stupid; it’s so stupid.” “Send someone who is well-liked by all to speak there if you’re going to send someone. For the past eight years, Robert De Niro has become so partisan that he resembles the epitome of Trump derangement sickness.

Kelly’s comments support her belief that De Niro is an unsuitable candidate for such a politically sensitive event because of his long history of taking a strong partisan stance.
