Country music star Miranda Lambert and husband Brendan are approaching their 4th anniversary, eagerly trying for a baby. Lambert, who battled body image insecurities in her previous marriage to Blake Shelton, now finds joy and self-love with her former NYPD officer husband.
Lambert’s weight loss journey in 2013, using methods like portion control and circuit training, preceded her divorce from Shelton in 2015. After meeting Brendan McLoughlin in 2018 and a private wedding in 2019, Lambert embraced her natural body, crediting McLoughlin for her newfound happiness in 2020.
McLoughlin, a skilled chef, contributes to their strong bond by preparing homemade dinners. Expressing love and admiration on Lambert’s 39th birthday, he looks forward to more celebrations together. Their love story reflects Lambert’s journey to self-acceptance and genuine happiness in her marriage with McLoughlin.
