After “the SUDDEN death of his son Jerry” – he did not seek the noise of the stage but returned to faith, and from the deepest place in his broken heart, “The Father, My Son, and the Holy Ghost” was born. The first time Craig performed the song at the Grand Ole Opry, the whole audience fell silent and then burst into tears, including Ricky Skaggs – who came to hug him and said: “You must sing again, because THE WORLD NEEDS TO HEAR this.” And the most touching moment was when Blake Shelton – Craig’s “close friend” – suddenly walked to the center of the stage, holding Craig’s hand in silence. A scene that made the country people EXPLODE.

Christina Applegate, renowned for her roles in films like “Anchorman” and TV series such as “Dead to Me,” received a heartfelt standing ovation at the 75th annual Emmy Awards. The 52-year-old actress, battling multiple sclerosis, took to the stage with the support of a cane to present two awards at the ceremony.

Applegate’s well-documented struggle with multiple sclerosis has garnered widespread sympathy from fans worldwide. Despite the significant challenges posed by her health issues, she continues to display resilience. Accompanied by actor Anthony Anderson, Applegate made her way across the stage at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, prompting the audience to rise in a collective show of support.

The emotional moment brought tears to Applegate’s eyes as she expressed her gratitude, stating, “Thank you so much! Oh my God! You’re totally shaming me [and my] disability by standing up.” Humorously acknowledging her iconic role as Kelly Bundy from “Married with Children,” she added, “We don’t have to applaud every time I do something.”

Concluding her speech, the “Bad Moms” actress noted, “I’m going to cry more than I’ve been crying.” The touching reception and the overall appreciation for Applegate’s resilience resonated positively with fans watching the event.

“The standing ovation for Christina Applegate has me bawling already,” one fan expressed. Another praised her comedic talent and beauty, saying, “I adore Christina Applegate. She’s such an amazing comedic talent and absolutely gorgeous (always has been!). Her zings here are fire.”

Reflecting on the emotional moment, a viewer shared, “Man, that was a beautiful moment for Christina Applegate.” The impact of the ovation even reached those waking up early, with one admitting, “Randomly woke up at 4:30 am and straight away saw that clip of the huge ovation for Christina Applegate. And now I’m going to have to cry myself back to sleep.”

Christina Applegate disclosed her multiple sclerosis diagnosis in 2021 and acknowledged last year that the illness might prevent her from acting on camera in the future. Despite the challenges posed by MS, Applegate remains resilient, engaging in voiceover work to support her family and keep her mind active.
