Christina Applegate, a renowned actress, has faced multiple health challenges, including Multiple Sclerosis, which forced her to leave the entertainment industry. Despite these challenges, she has maintained a strong support system through her husband and daughter. She also underwent a double mastectomy in 2017.

At the age of 49, Applegate announced her diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in August 2021. Because of the ailment, Applegate had to alter his work methods and deal with physical difficulties on the job. The actress found out about her condition while filming the last season of “Dead to Me,” yet she kept playing the part.

Applegate, suffering from MS, used a wheelchair and cane for mobility and balance. Despite her pain, she chose to leave her job, expressing gratitude for her co-star Linda Cardellini.

“I’m probably not going to work on camera again, but I’m so glad that I went out with someone who is by far the greatest actress I’ve ever worked with in my entire life if not the greatest human I’ve ever known.”

Christina Applegate, a Hollywood actress, has been diagnosed with MS and struggles with mobility, even at home. She has made changes to her life to accommodate her condition and avoid injuries. Applegate has designated a space at the top of her staircase for items to be brought downstairs, avoiding slipping and falling.

She also struggles with simple tasks like wearing a bra. Applegate praises Kim Kardashian’s clothing brand, Skims, for releasing adaptive clothing for people with mobility issues.

Just a fun fact, the suit my kid is wearing was Scott Weiland’s suit from one of his solo album covers. Scott gave my husband, Martyn, that suit long ago in the glorious 90’s Also we were quite a pair last night. She fractured her ankle this week, hence the boot, and me…MS pic.twitter.com/5rqv7d4chb
