That connection reveals itself in the baby girl’s name, Winnie Helaine, which echoes Candace’s own middle name, setting the stage for a joyful celebration shared across the family.

A Difficult Beginning for Baby Bond
Candace’s first grandchild, Bond Leo, arrived under frightening circumstances. His parents are Lev and Elliott Bure, and Bond came into the world 10 weeks early, weighing just three pounds.
He spent five weeks and five days in the neonatal intensive care unit before he was finally strong enough to go home. For the family, it was a stretch of anxious waiting before relief and celebration could take over.
Welcoming Winnie Helaine
That anxious waiting has now given way to a second round of happiness. Candace is celebrating the arrival of her second grandchild, a baby girl named Winnie Helaine, born to her daughter Natasha Bure Perry and son-in-law Bradley Steven Perry.

Sharing the news, Candace posted Polaroids of herself with the new baby and proud parents, writing, “Dreams really do come true.”
Fans quickly praised Winnie’s name, with many noting its personal significance: Helaine is also Candace’s middle name. Known to her grandchildren as “CandyGram,” with husband Val going by “Deda,” the actress promised to be there “for every moment.”
After eagerly anticipating grandmotherhood, Candace now has two little ones to shower with affection.
