A family friend, Mykesha Robinson, has now spoken about how deeply Fiona was affected after the Lowe family lost their Pacific Palisades home in the Palisades Fire.
Robinson knew Fiona through her daughter, Faith, who had been close friends with Fiona during elementary school. Looking back, she remembered Fiona as an outgoing, kind child who had a natural ability to make others feel welcome.
