Michael was a poor farmer whose life was shaped by hard work and very few possessions.
One rainy morning, while walking near a roadside ditch, he heard the sound of a baby crying.
Wrapped in a faded blue blanket and left alone in the mud was a newborn child.
Michael had little to spare, even for himself.
Yet as he looked at the infant, he knew he could not simply walk away.
He carefully carried the baby to the nearest hospital, where the child was examined and placed under the care of the appropriate authorities.
In time, after completing the legal process, Michael was given permission to adopt him.
He named the boy Noah, hoping he would grow into someone who could endure life’s hardships with courage and hope.
