• 1 cup fresh mulberries (or frozen mulberries)
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option)
• ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
• 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on the sweetness of the berries)
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup ice cubes (optional, for a colder, thicker smoothie)

Instructions

Wash the fresh mulberries thoroughly under cold running water. If using frozen mulberries, you can add them directly to the blender without thawing.

Place the mulberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup (if using) into a blender. Add the ice cubes if you prefer an extra-chilled smoothie.

Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is thicker than you like, add a splash of additional milk and blend again until you reach your preferred consistency.

Pour into a serving glass and enjoy immediately. For an attractive finish, garnish with a few fresh mulberries or drizzle a little honey over the top.
