According to a medical memorandum issued by Captain Sean Barbabella, the president’s physician, Trump demonstrated strong cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physical health.
The report also included results from a Montreal Cognitive Assessment, a commonly used cognitive screening tool. Trump reportedly received a perfect score of 30 out of 30, placing him within the normal range.
Barbabella concluded that Trump remains fully capable of carrying out the responsibilities of both president and commander-in-chief.
The physician described him as being in excellent overall health and fit to perform the duties of the office.

Trump’s weight was listed at 238 pounds, approximately 14 pounds higher than his recorded weight during his prior physical examination.
As part of the evaluation, Barbabella stated that preventive health counseling was provided. Recommendations reportedly included maintaining a healthy diet, increasing physical activity, continuing weight-loss efforts, and taking a low-dose aspirin regimen.
