The city of Orlando was left in shock after a shooting rampage that resulted in the deaths of three people
Luana Munoz, a fellow news reporter, covered the tragic incident live on television, where she was seen crying and sobbing
The city of Orlando was left in shock after a shooting rampage that resulted in the deaths of three people, including a news reporter named Dylan Lyons and a 9-year-old child. Lyons, who was conducting his daily activities, was in the middle of reporting on a crime scene when the shooter, Keith Moses, suddenly appeared and shot him. Moses also injured Lyons’ coworker, who is currently in critical condition. Although they both worked for Spectrum News 13, the victims don’t seem to be connected to the suspect.
Munoz was deeply affected by the incident and expressed her emotions on live television, stating that it was “every reporter’s worst fear” to be involved in such a tragic incident. Lyons was only 24 years old at the time of his passing.
Unfortunately, the shooting spree did not end there. After killing Lyons, the shooter entered a nearby house and continued his rampage, resulting in the deaths of a mother and her 9-year-old daughter. The mother is currently in critical condition, and authorities are still trying to piece together the motive behind the killings.
Keith Moses, who is only 19 years old, has a criminal history, including allegations of drug paraphernalia possession, narcotics possession, severe battery, assault, and grand theft. He was taken into custody and is currently facing additional accusations, including murder.
Spectrum News expressed their condolences and sadness over the loss of their colleague and the other lives that were senselessly lost that day. They also remain hopeful that their other injured colleague will make a full recovery.
The tragic incident has left the city of Orlando in mourning, and authorities are continuing their investigation to determine the motive behind the killings.
